The PoliCarb® range has always been in constant evolution to meet customer requests and current regulations. This proactive attitude has made the offer of multiwall sheets constantly expand, sometimes going to customize the nomenclature of some types of product. In order to facilitate a homogeneous reading of the entire range, a new speaking coding has been adopted that can intuitively evoke the type of sheet according to the technical specifications that characterize each product.
BRAND NEW SHEETS WITH 5 & 7 WALL | MORE RESISTANT & MORE INSULATION WITH THE SAME THICKNESS:
The range of PoliCarb® products has been updated by replacing the 4 and 6-wall sheets with the new 5 and 7 wall versions respectively, improving the performance of the products thanks to the addition of an additional wall and changing its geometry of the internal structure. In addition, the 4.5mm thick multiwall sheet was removed from the production standards.
SHEET WIDTH UP TO 2.500 mm | UNIQUE TO EUROPE CUT EFFICIENCY AND NEW USE POTENTIALICATIVE:
To offer maximum versatility and to minimize waste inefficiency, innovative extrusion methods have been adopted in order to produce multiwall sheets
with a width of 2.500mm. These are completely unique products on the European market that allow us to satisfy even the most particular requests. In addition, a new ‘extra-performance’ package has been developed, called Taurus, which allows an extension of the warranty of up to 20 years. It comes from the combination of three different production technologies which improve the durability of the PoliCarb® P 07w and PoliCarb® X 05w sheets. It is advisable to check that the methods and possibilities of transporting the goods are suitable for handling sheets with a width of 2,500mm.
NEW INTERNAL STRUCTURE | The double-walled sheets, in all available thicknesses 4-6-8-10mm, will be produced with a narrower rib width of 1.5 / 2mm in order to increase the mechanical strength of these widely consumed products, without any variation of price.
