Micro-multiwall corrugated overlapping panels with UV protection on the external side, which allow for maximum illumination of indoor environments with natural light. A range that is continuously updated to meet the needs of the construction sector; in fact, these products have greca square wave and circular wave corrugated profiles compatible with the most used insulated roofing panels. Thanks to the possibility of lateral overlapping, TegoPlus panels are suitable for the creation of greca square wave corrugated continuous roofing, intra-pitch skylights and ridge-eaves skylights for greenhouses/depots/industrial buildings/verandas/garages and countless other DIY needs. To improve the technical performance of the skylights, a false ceiling is often combined with our Velario® multiwall sheets. As indicated by the appropriate symbol, for some profiles correct lateral overlapping of greca square wave corrugated panels provides for the overlapping of at least one complete greca (high + low).

Fastening of TEGOPLUS® sheets must be carried out onto the structures on each high crest, with 6.3×80 mm screws equipped with gaskets supplied by dott.Gallina. The use of other types of fasteners may alter the sheet’s resistance. For fastening, it is advisable to pre-drill with a metal bit of a diameter 2 mm greater than that of the screw. Excessive tightening of the fasteners can prevent the movement of the sheets due to thermal expansion, compromising their seal.

TEGOPLUS® sheets can be cut with a fine-tooth circular saw at high rotational speed, taking care to feed slowly. Jigsaws or shears can also be used. In any case, it is important to support the sheet near the cutting point and to remove the dust generated by the cut itself.

At the edge of the roofing, the sheets must not protrude beyond the eaves by more than 100 mm

Provide a minimum overlap of TEGOPLUS® sheets of 120 mm

The different sections of TEGOPLUS® sheets, compatible with most insulated panels and profiled sheets on the market, make this product ideal for the construction of transverse in-plane skylights. During installation it is necessary to install the roofing sheets with the overlap on the side opposite to the prevailing winds.

TEGOPLUS® sheets allow perfect lateral overlap with all roofing systems, enabling the construction of ridge-to-eaves skylights. To avoid possible cracking at the fasteners due to linear thermal expansion, the maximum recommended useful length of TEGOPLUS® sheets is 5,000 mm.

Application available only for TegoPlus® profiled ribs 2681 and 2684. A minimum slope of 7% is recommended.
