arcoPlus®9207-9257-9327 are a series of modular systems consisting of 7-wall co-extruded multiwall polycarbonate panels, with a thickness of 20-25 or 32mm, with a 900mm module, snap-fitted onto aluminium profiles. Used for vertical infill walls, roofs (min. slope 5%) and curved roofs (respecting the minimum bending radii).

The load resistance of the system depends on the type of joint profile used to join the panels and on the application conditions.

I montanti metallici, sono l’elemento principale che garantisce la portata di tutto il sistema, mentre le doghe di policarbonato hanno funzione di collegamento e tamponamento. Speciali profili perimetrali regolabili garantiscono un completo sistema di tenuta. In base ai valori di portata e alle condizioni di applicazione del prodotto, si possono scegliere diverse tipologie di montante, che garantiscono i valori di carico e spinta del vento richiesti. Per una corretta installazione è prevista la chiusura degli alveoli dei pannelli mediante nastri adesivi di alluminio microforati, che consentono una corretta ventilazione ed evitano l’imbrattamento interno.
