The arcoPlus® miniGreca5 system allows for the creation of continuous translucent roofs and skylights with eaves combined with grey panels for roofs. Taking into account the linear thermal expansion of polycarbonate and to avoid any cracks at the through fastening elements, a maximum usable length of 5,000 mm is recommended; for greater pitch lengths, the special design of the profile makes the panels perfectly overlappable, allowing for the creation of overlaps at the underlying supports.

The system's flow rate values differ depending on the type of application. Click on the following icons to see the centre-to-centre distances required based on the permissible load.
The panels are supplied as standard with heat-sealed ends to prevent dirt from entering the internal cells. For correct installation, it is recommended to pre-drill the panels with a slot having a diameter at least 3 mm larger than the screw diameter in order to compensate for the material’s thermal expansion.
RIDGE-TO-EAVES SKYLIGHTS: Flat translucent skylights are obtained by installing arcoPlus®MiniGreca5 through lateral overlap with insulated roofing panels, using appropriate cap screws for fastening. A minimum roof slope of 5% is recommended. IN-PLANE RIDGE SKYLIGHTS: In-plane skylights made with arcoPlus®MiniGreca5 are positioned at the upper part of the slope, anchoring to the roof ridge, and are matched with Isolpack®Delta5 and Alubel®Dach insulated panels. A minimum roof slope of 5% is recommended.
